  • PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM

    We will use a variety of materials to support and explore each theme. We welcome any items you might have that will fit with the themes listed below. Besides the activities listed below the children all summer long will observe and help care for our vegetable and flower gardens, do cooking projects, do a lot of water play and art, art, art both inside and out. Swim lessons will again be available for children age 3 and older and potty trained, for an additional cost. Field trips will be a big part of our fun. Permission slips will given in June for the first half of summer, listing specific dates, times and costs. This lists simply tells you where we are planning to go each week. The teachers are excited about the summer we have planned for your children. We look forward to seeing many of you!

    SCHOOL-AGE PROGRAM

    Books, materials, and opportunities will be available for children to pursue ideas. This calendar is by no means an exhaustive list, but simply a good look at what to expect. Every day, the children will also be engaged in journal writing, reading, and math activities and games to reinforce skills during the summer months. In addition, projects, like cooking, sewing, gardening, wood working, and art will be available for interested children. Swimming lessons are also available. Field trips forms will be given in June for the first half of summer, listing the specific dates of each trip. This calendar simply tells you where we plan to go each week. Look for field trip forms and detailed schedule forms for the first half of summer in early June.
